Service and trial

WebVigil provides browser-based protection against dangerous popups, tracking, manipulative advertising, scam redirects, and known malicious requests. New installations receive seven days of access without an account. When the trial expires, protection is paused until a paid license is active.

Subscriptions

The price, billing interval, taxes, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase in Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are not refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, probe, overload, reverse engineer for abuse, resell access without permission, or try to defeat trial and license controls. You remain responsible for how you browse and for complying with applicable law.

Availability and warranty

No blocker can detect every unwanted or malicious resource. WebVigil is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update filter lists, protection techniques, and service infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every site will work without an allowlist exception.

Termination and changes

We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or material violation of these terms. Material changes will be posted here. Contact us through the support page with billing or service questions.
